Lunch is served every day of the week. We are inspired by the changing seasons, thus procuring the freshest seafood as well as local produce from farms in Skåne and Halland, customarily seasoned with flavours from all over the world.
Our lunches are stylish and energy-boosting, to keep you going all day! We advocate for locally-grown Swedish produce and offer an assortment of meat, fish and vegetarian entrées, as well as fully vegan alternatives.
The cafeteria has a wide array of sandwiches, in a traditional and modern variety, and offers home-baked pastries and waffles. And why not visit our bar, where you can sip and savour drinks from a fine and ample selection of beer, wine, gin and whisky, including non-alcoholic beverages.
